Those of you who know your Old Testament might know a passage from 1 Corinthians... "[Love] always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres..." Always perseveres: you do not fall out of love, or stop loving. If you have fallen out of love, then you were never in love in the first place, because love always perseveres.
